Three bedroom townhouse in Plantations East! 3 Crane

Lovely three bedroom townhouse with sleeping for eight. First floor living, kitchen and dining with access to an enclosed rear porch. Located in the ever popular Plantations with community tennis (fee required). Just a short drive to beaches. This home features wireless internet, upgraded cable and free long distance in the United States. This property is available with a three night minimum all year long.

All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.

This property is NOT pet friendly

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as Owner on VRBO. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. Perfect for our group!

We had 5 adults with us and we stayed here comfortably. We aren’t used to bringing our own linens but a quick run to walmart work out well. One of the beds upstairs wasn’t very comfortable for a couple but could be great for kids or a solo person. Garage with beach goodies was a plus. The AC wasn’t turned on so it was hot when we arrived but it cooled by the late evening. We’d love to work with this property again, thanks for having us!

about the pool and tennis courts...

The house itself was great, just what we needed - a good size with parking, a nice yard area, a garage with beach items, lots of games and puzzles... however, the listing stating that there is an onsite pool and tennis court is somewhat misleading - the facility is a public facility that anyone can pay to access and it's located across the street. There is no special access to the courts, the fee is $** (not allowed to say the exact rate here apparently) an hour to play (but, the worker was kind enough to let us know that there are free courts at the High School up the street!). You can have 4 passes to the pool (not super helpful since our party was of 7), but that information is not easily accessible anywhere, I only found out because I emailed the listing agent to ask about it. Overall, we will stay closer to the beach next time, since this didn't really have the amenities we were looking for.

Property is very dated and furniture and carpet very dirty. Location was very good and convenient. Beds were uncomfortable and should offer a king. Place is in need of remodel.

Rehoboth Vacation

This property was a great choice for me and my family while vacationing in Rehoboth beach. It was spacious, clean, it was ready when it was supposed to be, the community was friendly & quite and it was in close proximity to the beach. I would definitely stay at this property again when visiting Rehoboth beach.

Lewes Townhouse

Easy rental process through realty company. Nice 3 bedroom townhouse in a quiet location with a short drive to shopping / restaurants and surrounding beaches. I don't believe there's an on-site pool in East complex where townhouse is located, but there is a private pool in the West complex across the street (fees required).

Beach getaway

Each booking and checkout. Ok size property- kitchen amenities fine, furniture and bedding old and dated. Terrible smell in the garage. The outdoor porch needs to be aired out.
