Another Solid Stay (But Request a Higher Floor!) This was our second time staying at here for a three-day family trip with my husband and kids, and overall, it remains a safe and comfortable choice for the area. Room Experience: Comparing Stays Our biggest difference between this visit and our first was the room location. Our first-floor room this time was noticeably noisier—not terrible, but certainly a step down from the absolutely silent experience we had on the second floor during our last stay. If tranquility is a priority, I highly recommend asking for a room on a higher floor. The room itself was smaller than our previous one, but still comfortable and well-appointed for our family. The beds are comfortable, though I found the mattress to be on the softer side. Food and Amenities We found the food to be decent and satisfying, but the offerings were exactly the same each day. For a four-day stay, a little variety would have been appreciated. That being said, the hotel is well-maintained and we always felt safe on the property. Overall: A great, safe hotel, but for the best experience, try to secure a room on the second floor or higher to avoid potential noise. We would likely stay here again!

In room 159 nothing works right the sink doesnt drain the toilet doesn flush the tv doesnt work right ,no signalon channels, buffering on others wi fi is week,door doesnt shut right, had to park in the weeds several times when i told staff about this they dismissed my concerns and were rude

The room was clean, nicely supplied, staff seemed friendly, not too much interface with them tho. Convenient to major roads as well as main roads to the mountainous areas.

Room was filthy, three day stay with one wash cloth, one towel and had to beg for two more. Trash was never emptied and room not cleaned during a three day stay. Vinyl flooring falling apart with pieces of plastic peeling off. Sink area fairly clean but one soap and a squeeze bottle of shampoo was empty in shower. GROSS! NO ONE EVER AT DESK!

Besides damp mildew smell that aggravated my allergies, the water was HORRIBLE! Kept going from hot to ice cold to scalding hot non-stop. I will never stay here again.

We stayed 2 nights. I would recommend this hotel and plan to return when I am back in the area. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. This is a value hotel with an affordable price point so you need to realize that when reviewing…some things need updating but overall for the price it is a good deal.

Our front desk lady was so helpful. She took extra time to find us adjoining rooms even though we had booked 2 separate areas of the hotel. My sister had booked the econo lodge and I had booked the quality inn side. She found us 2 great rooms together. She was just sweet. Easy access. Breakfast was better than most motels of this level. Never ran out of food even though they were booked full. Quiet on a weekend. Cons: motel side bathroom out of date. Water pressure ran hot then cold. Sink and tub drains were so slow, the tub filled up taking a shower. No convenience items like shampoo or lotion. Really good value for the price.

STAFF was extremely polite - friendly - even had a sense of humor when I expressed to them, I stayed there for 2 yrs- 5 yrs ago- liked the upgrades- the convenience of the Donkin being built- The only thing I did not like- and you really could not help it - when the Motorcycle Barcade pulled into the same hotel- all you heard was motorcycles revving the bikes- but there was a RALLY going on down he road ---so that explains that---
