The staff day and night were very friendly! Fire damage has not been addressed and the office chair in the room was in horrible condition.

Terrible customer service, decent room.

We got there around 8 pm, and no one was at the front desk - we waited for literally 30 minutes to be checked in. Room was clean, although the entire town of Lewiston smells like the funk thanks to giant paper mill nearby. When checking out, the front desk attendant asked us was moody - when he asked us if we needed a receipt printed out, and my wife said yes please, he rolled his eyes and huffed, frustrated that he had to look on the computer for 5 seconds and hit print. So that was awkward.
