Room - no info on amenities , no # for front desk, parking elevator out of service, pool was too cool to get into , inconvenient for someone with handicap needs , TV had channel listing but did not match the TV so couldn’t find stations unless went station to station, hopefully breakfast service will be good , room carpet dirty

Breakfast was good and the walk all around the hotel is great! River walk and capitol walk is wonderful. They will be under construction for next year… hopefully not too expensive because it’s affordable today $109.00 per night. Room is clean and comfortable THE PHONE is broken and they cannot replace system old….couldnt call my room to check in and the fridge was cold which is a good thing lol.

The curtains were in poor condition… there appeared to be what looked like possibly black mold on the curtains and they were dusty. The mattress on the bed was like sleeping on the floor.

Good location but they are still in the process of renovations. There were stains all over the floor and sheets in our room. The lamp beside the bed was shorting out. The roof above the pool was leaking rain water in many places.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Some mix up with room was remedied. Pool looked nice but we were not able to use d/t our schedule. Nice that staff allowed us to get a breakfast to go d/t needing to check out early. Could use some better signs regarding parking and some updating (bedside plugs to charge phones, etc)

Check in was quick and easy. Parking was not convenient. Had to pull up front to unload and then go around the block to park in the public parking garage. Once you got used to the walking back and forth - garage to hotel and vice versa, you get used to it. The rooms were very nice - clean and comfortable. The staff was quick to respond with incidentals and answering question. The restaurant closes early on the weekend so there wasnt any food served after 9, on Friday evening.. not even small snacks available in the lounge. We were really hungry. Overall, we LOVED this hotel and will definitely come back just rearrange our schedule to accommodate theirs
