Nice place. Slightly challenging finding the lobby. Comfy bed. Surprisingly quiet for sleeping since it's next to a major thoroughfare. Noisy neighbors upon waking though.

This place was a dump. There were literally people laying on the steps to the 2nd floor. There was obvious water damage in the bathroom. People loitering outside the front office all night. Dump.

Horrible Design, trashy people

Never in 40 years have I ever had a noise complaint. But the hotel is so poorly designed that anyone underneath you apparently hears everything like it’s through a microphone. All I did was walk normally from the bed to the bathroom and the people beneath me called a noise complaint. When they saw we weren’t doing anything the white trash woman directly beneath me who must have been living out of the hotel tried to come up to confront me herself. She was accusing me of being too loud and stomping around when all I did was walk normally from the bed to the bathroom to go pee.

Upon arrival, there were many people on the sidewalk smoking in front of the office area. After driving for hours to get there as we were trying to go to sleep, someone started banging on our door and asking for someone a floor above us. Not much of a breakfast selection to choose from. I booked this room for my Father who came to town (he is gravely ill). They had any creature comforts noted in terms of linens, coffee maker, ground floor, parking in relation the room, etc. They allowed me to come a few minutes early to place a good basket and note in his room. Everyone took such care of him for the 6 days he was staying there. I would give them 10 stars...

Unpleasant Experience

After checking in, we entered our room to find dirty/stained sheets. Upon requesting a new room, we were given a room next door. The room’s door did close and latch, however, with an exterior entrance, did not provide a seal to outside. During our stay, there were floor stains throughout both carpet and linoleum flooring. The carpet was so dirty that the bottoms of our feet’s turned brown quickly after walking barefoot in the room. Our shoes also were sticky from walking on the floors. The air conditioner worked and cooled appropriately, but smelled like mildew and clearly hadn’t been serviced recently or had a filter changed. The top of the fridge had a thick layer of dust. Breakfast was provided in the check-in room in their credenza and was only prepackaged granola bars, muffins, and oatmeal packets. The images provided on the booking page are of a remodeled room, and neither room was like the images posted.

Fridge wasn’t working properly so my food went bad, ice tray didn’t turn into ice just stayed water, no phone in room, no cups. Ask the guy in the office and there nothing they can do. I need a full refund please
