This single-storey loft was completely furnished in 2014. It is located in the village of Leymen, close to the Swiss border (2km), the village has a train station with a tram line to Basel (12km). In a quiet area, in a condominium of two apartments. Tastefully decorated and furnished, this apartment is ideal for a couple and a child. It has a separate entrance, a living room (equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge with sofa bed and flat screen TV), a sleeping area with a double bed of 2x90x200, an office, an adjoining bathroom (walk-in shower 140x80, sink and towel dryer) and a separate toilet with washbasin and storage space. Sheets, household and bathroom linen are provided. Beds are made on arrival. A cleaning package is possible on request. Electric underfloor heating. You have a parking space and a green space. Relax, parasol and arbor.
