Sitting on 4 acres among rolling hills, this 1800s home is a quiet testament to simpler times. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, up to 4 guests can enjoy newer furnishings that blend rustic charm with modern comfort. This pet-friendly home offers reliable Wi-Fi and includes three separate units, providing additional space if needed. Ski Sawmill, historic Williamsport, and the Pennsylvania Grand Canyon are nearby, making this a favorite destination year-round. Additional pet fees do apply.







Before even entering the home, you know it’s going to be just as lovely as its surroundings. The front porch beckons you to sit in the handmade wooden chairs and sip a cup of tea or fire up the grill for an extra treat.  The entire first floor of this home was thoughtfully designed to be mobility friendly, ensuring comfort and easy access from the moment you arrive.



Entering the home you come into a large family room. You will see the walls and ceilings were opened to reveal original woodwork and beamed ceilings. Cozy up on the couch with the family for a movie night or break out some of the numerous board games for some more fun.  Just off this space, you’ll find a convenient full main-floor bathroom with a zero-entry design—an excellent option for anyone who may have mobility concerns.



From here the kitchen invites all cooks and chefs alike to whip a meal to enjoy at the large dining room table. This kitchen features a gorgeous farmhouse sink, and up to date appliances throughout as well as a BBQ outside. 



This home offers two serene bedrooms, each featuring a queen-sized bed. The first bedroom is located on the main floor and includes blackout shades, a SmartTV, and direct access to the front porch. 



Upstairs, the second bedroom provides the same calm, restful atmosphere and features a large window with the most incredible view of the valley. This room also has blackout shades so you can rest peacefully as well as a SmartTV. The attached bathroom includes a classic claw-foot tub, a walk-in shower, and in-unit laundry.





The property is made up of three separate units, each with its own private entrance. The only shared spaces are the firepit area and the surrounding yard, giving every guest plenty of privacy while still enjoying the beauty of the land. Inquire if you'd like to rent multiple units.

Dog Friendly Rules, Read Carefully! A pet fee of $150 + tax is required for guests bringing pets. The process for adding this fee depends on the booking platform:



Direct Booking through MVR Vacation Rentals, Inc. Website: During the booking process, follow the prompts to add the pet fee before completing your reservation.



Booking via Airbnb or VRBO: Complete your booking first, then send us a message notifying us of your pet.



Once we receive your confirmation, we will send a request for the pet fee as an additional charge, as stated in our listing description.



- No more than 2 house trained dogs allowed.



-Dogs cannot be left unattended in/at the rental property unless crated.



-Dogs cannot be off leash while outside.



-Guests will clean up after dogs and dispose of waste as stated in the rental book.



- If evidence of pets on the property without prior approval, subject to $300 damage charge.



For your convenience, we offer a starter home kit with a limited supply of essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, and bath essentials.
