We are delighted to welcome you in our elegant and modern villa for up to 8 guests immersed in the greenery and tranquility of Lignano Pineta. The villa is situated in a quiet position, around 300mt from the beach.

The villa is built over two floors. On the ground floor it provides a modern living room with a double sofa-bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a gas hob, a large fridge and a freezer, microwave and a dishwasher, a stylish bathroom with a shower box and a washing machine and a large garden where you can relax and enjoy your time during your vacation.
On the first floor you can find two comfortable bedrooms with a double bed, one modern room with two single beds, a full bathroom and a lovely terrace.

To ensure your the best comfort, the apartment is equipped with tv-sat and air conditioning, allowing you to maintain a pleasant temperature throughout your stay.

Wifi access available upon request (paid service).
