This charming, oceanfront condo is attractively furnished with your comfort in mind. Its ground-floor location offers convenience as well as easy access to the beach. You have nice ocean views from your living room and master bedroom as well as from your private lanai. This is a great place to relax to the sound of the surf and enjoy a snack or cool beverage while taking in the beautiful sights.

Located between award-winning, oceanfront Wailua Golf Course and Lydgate Beach Park, Kaha Lani, which means "Heavenly Place" in Hawaiian, gives you convenient access to snorkeling, golfing, shopping and restaurants. There is a huge selection of great eateries in this area from which to choose when you feel like dining out. Or, enjoy preparing relaxing meals at home in your fully equipped kitchen.

Perfect for couples and families, Lydgate Beach Park is a very short walk down the beach from your condo. It has a protected area for snorkeling and swimming plus a toddler's swimming area. Just steps from your door, you can lounge by the swimming pool or play a game of tennis right at Kaha Lani. Enjoy leisurely strolls and beachcombing along a two-mile walking beach next to Wailua Golf Course.

Kaha Lani is centrally located on the island so you can easily drive to spectacular north and south shore beaches, hike the Waimea Canyon, Na Pali and other trails, and sightsee while exploring the beautiful Garden Island.

Activities nearby include: seasonal swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, hiking, helicopter and boat tours, tennis, golfing, surfing, fishing and shopping.

This condo is the closest to the beach! Ground floor with 2 lanais. A bit aged, 1975, and the back of the house needing updating..it just went on the market when we arrived..may have sold. Full kitchen and utensils, but no condiments. Only 1 hand soap in baths. Comfortable and clean overall.Extremely good customer service from Kauai Vacation Rental reps by phone and texts! Great job ladies! Mahalo!Overall, very nice!

Amazing!

This property was quiet, beautiful, and had everything we needed. The ocean directly in front was a bit rough and not great for swimming but it was a short walk to Lydgate beach where this was possible. The other thing I should say is that there is no A/C in this unit which would make a very hot summer but for March it was okay. Really loved all the condo had to offer and the fact that it had a fully stocked kitchen for cooking. I would definitely recommend this facility.

Beautiful property near the ocean.This particular condo was right opposite the ocean with beautiful views from the living room and the master bedroom. Kitchen had utensils however , nothing else in the kitchen to get started . We had to do a grocery run even to survive a night. The second bedroom was not that great, no proper windows, just one small one. Had enough light coming through though. My mother takes in the second bedroom and was not very impressed. Other then that, the location is perfect to explore both the north shores and the south. The beach in front is beautiful, however not meant for swimming. Lydgate beach in like 5 mins by walk and it has a baby bay / beach which has a protected area for snorkeling or swimming.

Best location!

This condo was perfect for our family of 4. It was amazing to look out and see the ocean so close. It is also in a very convenient spot to get to other parts of the island. We hope to come back again. It had everything we needed for our stay!

This place was amazing!

We loved staying here. It was great to see the ocean from our back patio and be able to hear it all day and night. The only complaint we have is the couch is horrible! Other then that this place was a great place to stay!

Great location bottom floor,

Nice
bathroom door does not latch or stay closed, sheets on twin beds are cheap and old. The lights on the fans do not work in kitchen and main room. We had 4 bath towels total for 4 adults, washer and dryer are in a locked closet, had to launder in public laundry ,since we were here 8 days. Great to be able to cook, BBQ and enjoy sunrise here. You have to travel around island to see sunsets. Enjoyed the kayak and waterfall tour and the Napoli Coast boat tour.

Rundown and not clean

I have stayed at the Kaha Lani complex a few times and have always enjoyed it. This unit had a nice view, but was not in the best shape. Curtains in the main bedroom were falling apart and had to jury rig them to close them. Kauai Vacation rentals were aware of this problem, but did not advise us of the condition of the unit before arriving. Unit needed cleaning for the furniture, rugs and bedding. It had not been upgraded for a long time. Kauai vacation rentals did refund the cleaning fee and 1 nights rentals because of the numerous problems. Great location, but would not stay there again until updates/cleaning and changes have been made. Hopefully, the unit will get cleaned sufficiently and upgraded.

The owner really needs to put in a air conditioner system since it was muggy and hot .

It was a nice stay, but I think a kitchen up grade would be nice and air conditioner is a must .

Beachfront was very nice, but condo needs to be upgraded to be more enjoybable.

Very outdated, appliances also need upgrade, refrigerator needs upgrade (does not work properly), deadbolts on the doors and windows are rusted out so we felt very insecure going out and just locking with one (Kauai rentals gave us among the instructions a letter stating that there have been a rash of burglaries in Kauai and to make sure we lock and secure everything when we went out, but when I pointed out that they had given us only one key to one lock and no other, they said they would contact the owner, but we never heard from them again for the rest of our stay) there was also a safe in one of the closets but again no key for that. Otherwise the condo is on a beautiful location and close to everything. My other suggestion is that they add a washer n dryer to make the stay a bit easier.
