Our unit has a large refrigerator with freezer top, a Keurig coffee machine, beach chairs and an umbrella. I have also included wine bottle opener, knives, cutting board etc. for your enjoyment.
ARE THERE BEACH TOWELS TO TAKE TO THE BEACH?
Yes. Your stay includes free towels, which you can use at the pools or to take to the local beaches. However, you will be assessed a $35 fee by the owner if you do not return the towels to the unit.

We enjoyed the pool and the beach. More instructions in the condo would be helpful. We had a hard time finding the beach towels and expected coffee pods. The condo could use some updating.Otherwise, it was great. The grounds were beautiful.

Aktuell ist das Resort im Umbau, trotzdem ist es eine wunderschöne, ruhige Anlage direkt am Meer. Eine gute Anbindung nach Lihue und Umgebung ist ebenfalls gegeben.Der Check-In war etwas kompliziert, da das Resort meine Reservierung nicht vorliegen hatte. Ich musste dann meine BestĂ€tigungsmail den Mitarbeitenden des Resorts weiterleiten. Die Aussage der Mitarbeitenden des Resorts war, dass das Zimmer ĂŒber eine private Vermietung lĂ€uft und daher das Resort fĂŒr keine unserer Anliegenden zustĂ€ndig ist. Bettdecke und HandtĂŒcher waren nur fĂŒr zwei Personen vorgesehen, obwohl wir fĂŒr drei Personen gebucht haben. Nach nochmaligem Nachfragen wurde uns am dritten Tag die fehlenden Sachen ĂŒbergeben. Ansonsten ist das Zimmer mit allem sehr gut ausgestattet.

Outrigger pools were amazing, location is central to exploring both the north and south beaches. Main lobby is under construction so we had to walk through a temporary entrance to get to our rooms. View of ocean and pool were are described. Self parking is charged at the same rate as valet but no valet available,

The ocean view is very minimal, mainly pool view and not to mention the view is blocked by a lot of trees. But the room was basically almost in the middle of the property, and right next to the elevators, ice machine and microwave which made it more convenient. Check in is only at 4pm and there is no early check in. The rooms are as basic as you can get, just the bare necessities. But they did have some kitchen items like a rice cooker, cutting boards, knives, cups, and tupperware which were helpful. In addition to the beach chairs and beach umbrella. Overall it's a beautiful place to stay and we enjoyed being able to stay at a nice resort without having to pay for resort fees. But there's still a mandatory 40 per night parking fee. I did reach out to the property manager due to the water not being hot, and they never responded. But luckily I was able to figure it out myself. Otherwise, the entire staff at the Outirgger were all super friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful time - great location - loved the pool and the beach. Very peaceful! too! I would recommend bringing shampoo conditioner and body soap. Empty water bottles might also come in handy - the hotel has refill stations.

Great spot for kids to play. Awesome golf course right next door. Can't go in the water at the beach there, but plenty of other places to do that. Perfectly located to access all parts of the island.

Beautiful property

The resort property is beautiful and very quiet. Very quick and easy to get back to your room. Our room was a basic hotel room with double beds, no microwave but a gorgeous view. We had a very enjoyable stay!

Great room beach resort

Overall we had a great experience. There's some things that are weird about this listing and probably similar ones that I overlooked. First this is just a single room like a hotel. It has two twin beds which is tight but doable. There is no microwave or stove and it seems like there is a legal reason but I don't know what that is. Also this is a privately owned room so if you need cleaning services or new towels you don't talk to the resort but rather the unit owner. He was very responsive and helpful, this is just a weird situation to me. Also, I either missed it or it's not mentioned that there is a $35/day parking fee which is massive. They have plenty of parking for all the units so this is just a money grab, they are not trying to limit parking. They also have valet parking so our daily parking bill was roughly $55/day ($5 tip to the valet each arrival and departure) I'm not complaining, just adding our experience so you know what to expect. The resort is great, very friendly people and the grounds are well maintained. Some stuff is a little dated or worn out, but that's been our experience everywhere in Hawaii. Overall it was a great time and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Nice resort without feeling like a resort

Awesome views of pool and water fall pool plus ocean snapshot view. Quiet clean and beautiful place to stay with just steps to the beach. Great place to stay.

two weeks stay

All was very pleasant. It would have been helpful to have a microwave in the room. Other than that it was a suitable room for my purposes. The resort was lovely. The valet service was exceptional. It is somewhat of a challenge to leave the resort and enter the highway. But that is manageable.
