This is an attractive property that needs more care to maintain the facilities our room had stained carpeting and we had to park offsite because they were hosting a landriver test driving event There were limited bar hours so we could not have a coffee or tea in the afternoon Overall a reasonable value but less posh than we expected

The hotel has the best and most helpful front of house staff we have ever come across. We had some issues we needed to sort out and they assisted greatly. We are so grateful to Dylan, Gabriel and David. Thank you! Loved the vibe of the hotel in its classic French style. Wholeheartedly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Clarance Hotel, the staff were all friendly and helpful and the property has a great deal of traditional charm. It’s very walkable to the cobblestoned old town with lots of dining options and lovely little shops.

Is a beautiful hotel with great features, I had room no 20 which is outside the courtyard.That particular room is very noisy due to heavy entry door and noise from bar , kitchen and workers. Curtains do not fit properly so outside lighting shines through. Lovely hotel but needs some thought if called a 5star.

A wonderful hotel

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. fantastic location, lovely room and such helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast in the beautiful garden is a must, and what a choice there was.All freshly prepared at the hotel, and beautifully presented. I would without hesitation, recommend this hotel, and hope to return.
