The property is laid out as follows over two floors:
Ground floor:
- A 65 m² living area comprising a lounge/dining area and an open-plan fitted kitchen, equipped with, amongst other things: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… The two large bay windows open onto the terrace.
- A utility room with storage space, a clothes horse, a washing machine and a tumble dryer

Upstairs
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160x200) and a walk-in wardrobe
- Bedroom 2: a bunk bed (sleeps 2) and a desk

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in front of the house’s garage. There are 2 outdoor parking spaces.

To get to Lille by metro, head to the 4 Cantons station. Leave your car in the large free car park. Lille city centre is 10 minutes away by metro.

- The garden is enclosed and not overlooked. On the pasture side, a small gate has been installed so you can enjoy watching the horses that visit regularly.

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave the property in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
