On the slope facing the river, you may see a beaver at work or swimming in the water in the evening. Deer or moose also sometimes show themselves on the farm or in the fields. In winter, with a little luck, you may see the northern lights.



It is only 20 meters to the river. With a boat and a canoe, which are included in the rental price, you can experience the beautiful landscape from the water. In winter, when the ice is thick enough, you can fish 60 meters from the house. On certain days there is also a winter swimming platform in the river next to the swimming pool. Just 500 meters away you will find a heated outdoor pool with a playground, petanque court and fitness equipment next door. The nearest stores and restaurants are within easy reach. From time to time the homeowners live in the apartment upstairs with its own terrace and entrance and can give you tips on good fishing spots and sights in the area if you wish.



Explore the beautiful natural landscape and take advantage of it for fishing, berry and mushroom picking or hiking and biking.



The beautiful ski resort of Tandö is only 7 km away and offers excellent cross-country skiing trails in winter and paved tracks for roller skiing in summer. The resort of Kläppen is 10 minutes away by car. Summer and winter activities such as skiing, cross-country skiing, biking, restaurants etc. The mountain area of Sälen with all mountain activities like Experium is about 20 minutes away. Also take the opportunity and make a trip to Tomteland in Gesunda.



In the evening you can let the children play in the large playground in front of the house and enjoy a delicious barbecue on one of the terraces. There are various outdoor games and swings available.
