A charming cozy studio apartment with many updates, off-street parking, a laundry facility on-site, and a private entrance. This unit is perfect for a guest or couple just passing through, visiting someone nearby, or needing a place while working in the area. Work or pleasure, you will be comfy in this little unit. Located 1/4 mile from I-75, four miles to Husky Energy, five miles to Lima, across from a neighborhood restaurant, and close to quaint Cridersville.

Efficiency unit with a twin daybed & a trundle bed that can be used as a twin or a king if pushed together.

Please park in space #22, which is behind the building on the right-hand side. It is located in front of your unit, across from the entrance door.

You`re located between Lima which is north on I-75 or Wapakoneta south on I-75.

Located in Cridersville within walking distance of Dollar General & gas stations

This is an older complex. It is not a five-star resort and Wi-Fi can get finicky during peak hours, but it is clean, cozy, and safe.
