2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Staff is indifferent and rude. Desk staff continued chatting while I stood waiting. There was no greeting just a demand for my ID. When I told the staff of a problem with a toilet, they handed me a plunger. When checking out, my request for a receipt was a snide remark about whether or not I might receive one. I wouldn’t stay here again if the room was free.
