We stayed here for 3 nights and found it to be just ok. The property is pretty run-down. Peeling paint, old dirty water fixtures, and a broken pool light. Both the lobby restroom and the washing machine were out of order when we were there. Our room was pretty small - the type where the bathroom sink is in the common area instead of in the bathroom, and to close the bathroom door, you practically have to stand on the toilet. The breakfast was pretty underwhelming, and both the dining area and pool were dirty. Seemed they didn't have any staff assigned to those areas. You also can't get housekeeping unless you request it 24 hours in advance. Not the end of the world. But it's annoying to do your own towel exchange and trash removal at a hotel. When we checked in, there was a Powerade screw cap on the floor of the room. Again, not a huge deal - but that makes it pretty clear they didn't really clean between guests, or it would have been spotted and thrown out. The staff were friendly, so that was an extra star back. It was fine for this trip, but won't stay there again.

While the room itself was fine, the staff was less than mediocre. Every time we left and came back, our key cards wouldn’t work. The front desk said it was because he had our cards next to a phone…which we didn’t. Plus NONE of the cards worked. Our room was never visited by housekeeping and our sink stopper wouldn’t open. We asked for assistance and never received it.

After a 10 hour drive we were exhausted and looking forward to the hotel room. After waiting a long time for check in another employee was finally call to assist the other 3 of us waiting. Upon arrival to our room and opening the door we were hit with a huge musty smell . Staff arrived shortly after being called to resolve the smell. He said he did not smell it but quickly knew where the smell was coming from the ac unit. Our bathroom was a disaster and needs updated. There was a huge crack in the sink. The faucet had holes in it and the wood on the mirror and counter was worn to the original wood. All this for an overpriced room and not offered us to relocate to another room due to the smell.

Advertises WFI but there was none. Stale old doughnuts served for breakfast. Front desk manager lied to customers. Our first room smelled terrible, bathroom faucet was extremely rusted and moved around. Bathtub had brown marks in it looked like someone pooped and they didn’t clean it up. The smoke detector was not hooked up was hanging from the ceiling.

Last Night

I requested an ADA room on the first floor when I checked in I was given a second floor room. The elevator was at the end of the hall on the first floor. I had to use my mobile walker all the way down the hall, then use the elevator and then walk back all the way down the hall to the first room on the second floor. I don’t understand why that had to be there had the bedrooms somewhere on that second floor that were closer to the elevator. It was extremely inconvenient tiring and very frustrating.

I wipe down a room before unpacking, and I found some very dirty areas in the room, including the ice bucket and tray it sat on and around the sink. The room looked very clean, but my own cleaning revealed it wasn’t as clean as it looked. It is a dog friendly hotel, and the dog in the room next to mine barked a lot, including at 2:30 am. I had earplugs but it didn’t help. Also the other guests were the most noisy guests I have ever encountered. They slammed doors starting at 5 am, pounded on doors and walls, spoke loudly in the hallway, it was impossible to sleep. That wasn’t the hotel’s fault. The room was nice and the indoor pool and hot tub were good also. Their breakfast was good.
