A quiet, restful time as we were seeking. Lovely to have a fire as the temperature dropped. Comfortable bed. Hosts welcomed us and then let us be. Fresh bread both mornings. Thank you

Hi Stephen, thank you for a lovely review (sorry for late reply - this slipped under our radar). It makes us very happy to be able to share our wonderful space with others. The location, between two amazing little villages in the middle of surrounding national parks provides the opportunity to cater for the holiday expectations of most - best of all most guests enjoying staying in the peace and quiet to recharge and relax. Very calm and in the middle of nowhere. Not very much cell phone reception so you are forced to go off grid.

So sorry, found this review that prior management missed. Just to let everyone know - there is excellent wifi in the chalets, and we have just installed new smart tvs - we are now in the 21st century : )

Relaxing get away
Publié le 15 avr. 2018 sur ExpediaLimpinwood Lodge is an amazing get away from the hussle and bustle of the city. The lodge is beautifully set out, and the surroundings are so peaceful and relaxing. Waking up to the smell of fresh bread each morning adds to serenity of the place. I would highly recommend going!

A rainforest hideaway

The kitchen facilities were excellent, providing all the creature comforts like a coffee plunger, champagne stopper, decent cutlery and more! The bed was comfy and sitting in the spa was other worldly. To top it all off, the delivered home made bread, eggs, and a nightcap of port meant we would definitely return! We felt pampered without seeing a soul between check in/out on the property, now that’s seclusion and comfort all in one. So impressed, well done :)
