Poop and semen in ‘freshly made bed’ Upon checking in, we found poop and semen in our bedsheets and had to sleep onto the bed the first night. Windows had dog snot, carpets had brown dog poo stains, totally NOT cleaned! However, the manager was nice enough to refund some charges so I will go back; but this isn’t a well cleaned hotel. Manager gets 5 stars! Cleaners (I recognize them now), get zero!

The lock to my room was not functional. I had to get staff to help open the door every time. Very tedious. The blinds in the bedroom were completely broken so I could not shut them.

Only 4 balconies in the entire facility. Room smelled of urine. Fridge not working. 1960's vintage, worn out facility. Notified staff firge not working, no response. Old fashioned key lock, only one key, not secure. Bathtub faucets leaking water heavily.no bathroom exhaust fans. Hot tub has only two functioning water jets. Pool very nice and clean. TV in the rooms very small.Overall, the facility is very run down and needs serious repairs.

It is ocean front but a long steep stairway from the beach. The new owners are nice and the room was clean and simply furnished with an awesome ocean and beach view.

Not clean.

Room was not cleaned properly there was still garbage from the previous people that had stayed that we found on the floor and the carpet was not vacuumed and the floor was not swept properly. The view was great, but I would not choose this hotel again for the fact that the room was not cleaned properly and it was expensive.
