Spent our wedding night at Twin River. The lights above the bed were so dusty it fell on us as we tried to find the switch. Temperature in the room fluctuated from very hot to very cold. And despite knowing it was our wedding night nothing extra was done to make it special.

I came here from CT and loved the atmosphere and overall vibe of the hotel along with the casino. However, this would’ve made 5 stars if there was a microwave in the hotel period. Not only was there not one in the room, but none accessible to guests at all. I saved food from dining out and couldn’t even heat it so it went to waste.

Hotel is great: clean room, quiet. Parking is so-so. The VIP/hotel parking are filled up Saturday so I had to park at the far end of the casino. Long walk to hotel lobby.

Was staying here for a wedding, the staff was extremely rude when my husband was trying to check in and having it take over 2 hours and not willing to accommodate us for their own mistake. In the morning when checking out after being told the day before we could change the card on file in the morning they refused to do it for us. Only nice part was the girls at the front desk at 1am for giving us a later check out
