Lincoln Marathon
Posted May 5, 2024 on HomeAwayWe were in town for the Lincoln Marathon. The start and finish were within walking distance. The condo was well stocked and quiet. It was a great stay!

Posted May 21, 2023 on HomeAwayI wish I had found this property sooner! We stayed here for my son’s graduation from UNL. It’s obviously an older building but the condo was updated and VERY clean. We were only able to stay one night because it was booked the other nights we needed but I’m so glad we got one night. You can’t beat the location! The property owner was great to work with, answered several questions very quickly…just really great to work with!! My son lives in this building and I have a feeling he will be staying at this property in the future, when he goes back to visit Lincoln. And if we ever go back to Lincoln, we will definitely book here!

Posted Apr. 24, 2022 on HomeAwayEverything was as listed. Bed was a little uncomfortable. Furnace/air was noisy, but did drown out the outside noise. We would stay there again.

Im sorry you seemed to have some issues other dont. I appreciate the 4 stars but i want to let you know that i will assess the other items you brought up. These issues you mentioned are quite the opposite of the normal opinions from my guests. I constantly get reviews as to how quiet it is.
The location of this condo is on 3rd floor of a building in downtown. Specifically my unit is located on the quiet side of the building(not high traffic side) so its typically very quiet.
I do appreciate you saying you would stay there again. Safe travels.
