Great hotel, exceptional staff!

Every member of staff I encountered during my stay was beyond exceptional. From checking in, which went so smoothly and quickly (yet personably), to using the shuttle services, breakfast staff, all were top notch. My room was incredibly clean, very comfortable, and the shower was big and spacious (no one wants a tiny shower where you knock over your shampoo bottles everywhere). The pool was empty Saturday morning, and it was so relaxing. The outdoor courtyard has perfect amounts of shady spots and sunny spots to hang out with friends or just be by yourself and read a book in quiet.

We had an excellent stay with friendly staff, front desk, bistro, cleaning ladies, and our room and pool area was nice and clean. We didn't like the area as much because of the lack of nearby business and/or transportation options, including the lack sidewalks walking to the mall. Overall, it was a lovely stay!

The staff here was so so kind and great energy! One of the best staff I ever met at a hotel. The hotel itself is a little old and has to update its door handles bathroom and stuff but it was still super clean and nice.
