Still under construction but was nice. Staff was nice. Will be really nice once complete.

They are in the process of remodeling. Most of it has been done and dome well. Looks nice and clean. My kids were disappointed to hear the pool was closed for renovation but they told us we could use a pool at a gym down the road and that made up for it. It was a great pool!

No pool. Was under construction. Also elevators weren’t working when we checked out. Had to haul luggage down stairs

The property was under remodeling. Not an issue other than it would’ve been nice to know ahead of time.

was not notified that the pool and hot tub was out of order. Then when checking out the elevator was broken. Extremely disappointed in this hotel

Extremely disappointed in this hotel

I had booked one room for my daughter and her 3 children. Then my other 3 grandchildren wanted to be with us, so I booked another room. My grandchildren LOVE to swim and my daughter had ran a race and was going to sit in the hot tub after her race. Unfortunately, the pool and hot tube was not available. I did not read any of this when booking the rooms. It showed that it had a pool and a hot tub. We were all EXTREMELY disappointed. Then when getting ready to leave the following morning, the elevator was not working. I understand that facilities need to be maintained, however, I feel this should be told when making the reservation.
