This studio Apartment features a full kitchen and a pull down Queen Murphy Bed, perfect for a restful night after a day of skiing or hiking. Enjoy a full bathroom with a shower ideal for unwinding after an adventurous day in the beautiful White Mountains.
Your room includes modern amenities like a flat-screen TV, mini fridge, and coffee maker, ensuring you feel right at home. Stay connected with free WiFi throughout your stay.
HOUSE RULES
Please remember this is a someone`s home NOT A HOTEL. Please be respectful to the property.
• NO SMOKING (even on balcony) –You will be responsible for a $250 fine if caught smoking in the building. (Management Rules)
• NO PETS – You will be responsible for a $150 per day fine if caught with an animal in apartment. (Management rules)
• Please leave room clean and dispose of all personal items.
• No Ski Boots Worn Inside Apartment (damages floor) You will be responsible for any damages if Ski Boots damage floor
• Bring towels back from pool.
• Make sure all windows and doors are locked when you leave
• Report any damages as soon as possible. We understand things happen. But we need to know.
• Turn off lights and fans and heat down to 55 or turn off AC when leaving
