Welcome to House of Clouds, a spacious family retreat, perched atop a hill in the heart of the Midcoast. Centrally located, this well appointed home features four bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen and large living space. While the house is beautiful, the views cannot be beat. Overlooking the local winery, apple orchard, and the bay, there is much to see and to do! Book for the summer and enjoy easy access to the islands, parks, shopping, and dining, just minutes away. A true family haven!
House of Clouds is located up a long driveway, off of Rt. 52 in Lincolnville, ME. Upon arrival you are welcomed by a large home positioned towards a panoramic view of Lincolnville and the coast. The deck offers a prime seat to enjoy the scenery and relax. The front door is used as the main entrance is and can be accessed by a keypad.
Step inside and you feel immediately at home with a warm, inviting entryway that ushers you into the heart of the house. To your right, a large office space awaits; straight ahead, the kitchen beckons, fully equipped and ready for home-cooked meals or a casual dinner with takeout. To the left, the dining room offers a welcoming space for family gatherings. On this floor, you’ll also find a convenient half bathroom and a spacious living room, designed for comfort and featuring plenty of seating for everyone to relax and connect. Off the living room, a staircase leads down to a private basement set-up with a bedroom, a full bathroom, and a dedicated workout area to stay active and refreshed.
On the second floor you will find three more bedrooms, one with an en suite bathroom. These rooms are all front facing so the view can be seen while laying in bed. Heat pumps allow for maximum comfort for heat or AC. Please let us know if there is anything missing as we want to provide you with everything you need! Come for summer 2024 and enjoy all that House of Clouds offers.
Guests have access to the entire house and grounds, but do not have access to the garage.
I am available for you if necessary, otherwise you will not see me!
There is an apartment over the garage that guests do not have access to. There is a full-time resident that you may see on the property. His name is Dave and if guests encounter an issue he will be available to help. Please always contact the host first.
Please note there are heat pumps located in the kitchen, living room and master bedroom - these provide heat as well as AC. There is no other AC in the house.
