This modern 86m2 flat, built in 2019, was previously rented out permanently and has now been lovingly furnished by us to create a cosy, high-quality holiday flat. The kitchen is fully equipped and the spacious bathroom has a Raindance shower. The cosy double bed or a new, very comfortable sofa bed provide sleeping accommodation. The light-flooded rooms create a pleasant atmosphere and the large, sunny roof terrace is certainly another highlight.

You can park your car conveniently in the underground car park and the lift takes you directly to the flat.

The central location ensures short distances: shopping facilities, bakeries and the bus station are in the immediate neighbourhood.
