Lake Front House ~ Private Dock / Hot Tub / Game Room / Beach

This large 5,000+ square foot Lake Front Home is located conveniently on the 28 MM. Via land you are within minutes of shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Via boat you are a short ride to "Margaritaville" or "Miller's Landing". This large home includes 7 Master Suites, plus a separate bunk room for the kids. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom (9 Bathrooms Total). This home will accommodate 14-18 people with their own beds and private space.

A large private beach allows you to simply ease into the water off the shoreline. The large private concrete boat dock includes 1 large slip sized 11' X 30'. The dock provides a large swim platform and ladder to making swimming and enjoying the water effortless. Fishing off the dock while taking in the water level views is a must.

The main floor is the perfect area to relax while having main channel views from the wall of windows facing the water. Watch TV, listen to the stereo, or enjoy the crackling sounds and warmth of the wood burning stone fireplace in the large open space. Total, there are 3 fireplace on this main level. One, of which is in the sunken front room off the entry, and another cozy fireplace is located in one of the lake view master bedrooms. Also, on the main level, is a remodeled kitchen which has an open floor plan with beautiful new cabinets and granite counter tops. Two other master suites are also located on this main level.

Also, on the main level with extra privacy, are two additional master suites which are located upstairs. All seven master suites have queen size beds and televisions. As an added plus, 5 of the master suites have gorgeous lakefront views and are extremely large in size.

The Downstairs features the remaining two master suites as well as the kid’s bunk room. Each of these master bedrooms have doors leading directly out to the patio, hot tub, and to the lake. The bunk room is designed to sleep 5 children. It has a bunk bed with a full size mattress on the bottom and a twin mattress on top. Another full size bed completes this great kids room. Also located downstairs, and sure to include many hours of entertainment, is the spacious game room. The game room is complete with a pool table which includes a ping pong top, game/card table, darts, a wood burning fireplace, sit down bar and utility kitchen. Just off the game room is a screened in patio with lights and a ceiling fan, to enjoy all those lovely spring and summer evenings.

One of the biggest highlights of this property is the outdoor entertainment and relaxation possibilities. Just simply sitting one of the many outdoor patios enjoying the view. Or being able to use the relaxing hot tub under the Ozark stars at night or gathering around the warmth of the blazing lakefront fire pit.

Great house, great host

My sisters and I stayed here on our annual girls weekend. The house was clean and inviting. Plenty of room for all 8 of us to stretch out and relax. The outdoor seating allowed us to sit together and enjoy the breeze and beautiful lake view. We had a great time and hope to return for next years girls weekend.

Great Family Vacation

The house and location are both great! The rooms are big and spread out so you can have your own “space” if need be. The game room was a huge hit and the dock was a blast with its high dive! The best part of this house though is its outdoor space!! All of the decks and furniture are a great place to hangout with friends and family!! We loved our stay and would definitely book this house again!

Our group of 12 seniors stayed in this lovely home two Octobers in a row. Lovely view, serene, very clean and well-equipped. No issues this year but a few from last year that we mentioned were addressed before this year’s visit. Conveniently located, we would highly recommend this place to stay!

Relaxing getaway.

Myself and a group of friends were here for the Labor Day weekend and this place had everything we needed. The outdoor spaces were incredible, with several patios and seating areas. The hot tub was clean and relaxing. The dock is not on the main channel. There was some traffic, but the waves were minimal and only added the some fun to our lazy floating. The smart TVs were great for connecting gaming systems or to our home subscription services. Having two refrigerators made food storage easy. The beds aren't new, but still comfortable. Overall, would HAPPILY stay again.

The house was well laid out and as a large group we could spread out! Sunrises were spectacular! Being just off the main channel was nice, but you still get some rocking of the dock with your boat so use all your bumpers! We had a great time and the house worked very well for our 6 couples as we all had our own ensuite bathroom!

Awesome vacation home

There was plenty of room for eeryone. The outside patios were awesome and the view was spectacular. Everyone had alot of fun. We so enjoyed it. Hopefully we can be back next year.

Lots of space for a wonderful family vacation

We stayed at this property with a group of 11 adults and 1 four year old and it was amazing. The 3 different levels of bedrooms, each with their own bathroom made it comfortable for the families to spread out when necessary. The large dining room table accommodated our evening meals and one of the best parts was the beautiful outdoor areas for playing games and gathering in the evenings. Add in the hot tub, dock for fishing and relaxing, and the water access for floating. It was perfect for our group. As others have noted, the outdoor stairs to the dock aren't ideal for older people, but my 86 year old mother navigated them just fine with a little help. Bring water shoes for the rocky beach area and inflatable rafts for a relaxing float. The house was clean and had a well stocked kitchen. Finally, Joel, the host was very attentive and I was impressed with his quick responses before and during our stay. My family would definitely return to this property.

Lovely Lake House

This house if very large - great for our family reunion. Each bedroom having their own bathroom was such a bonus. The dock was wonderful and the house is located pretty close to all kinds of shopping and restaurants.

Very relaxing time

This was a great place with a ton of space for all our family and friends. We had about 17 people stay and it fit all of us comfortably. Everyone had a great time relaxing on the spacious dock and the kids thoroughly enjoyed the dive platform (not pictured). Only reason I did not give it all 5 stars was because we were not able to enjoy the dock at night due to the spiders coming out and building their webs all around the dock. We sprayed the dock but still had the heebie-jeebies. We did keep ourselves busy other ways and had fun in the game room every night. The owner (Joel) was very responsive and accommodating when needed. We would definitely rent this place again. Thanks for having us!

Family Reunion

A great property for family reunion. Each bedroom had its own bath. Great rec room for kids (Ping Pong & Video Arcade). Outdoor patio was large with lots of table/chairs and fire pit. Having two propane grills with extra tanks was GREAT. It has a Hot Tub even though we did not use it because it was hot in July. Great dock for boat & 2 Jet Ski's. Has a great swim area around the dock with Diving platform and long ladder to get in and out of lake.

Lake front property

Joel was always prompt in answering any questions we had. It worked out well for us that there were 4 baby gates in the entry closet as there are 3 levels to this house and we had a toddler in our group. The high chair and pack n play were clean and so handy for us not to bring our own for our great granddaughter. We used all 8 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms, no one in our group had any complaints about their rooms. The game room on the lower level was a big hit! The upstairs kitchen is well stocked with so many dishes, pots and pans, electric griddle, serving bowls, utensils, and silverware that made cooking all of meals at the house easy. The 2 outdoor grills worked great! The large washer and dryer was handy for keeping our swimsuits and beach towels (we brought own from home) fresh. There is really nice outdoor furniture on all 4 deck areas. The hot tub was nice. We only used it the first couple of days and then it became too hot outside to care to get into a hot tub. The lake was refreshing! The water temperature was perfect. Our family definitely enjoyed staying in this rental!
