Dobrý den, mrzí nás vaše nespokojenost s pobytu v hotelu Helios. Je velká škoda, že jste do recenze nenapsal, kde byl problém. V průběhu pobytu jsme také nezaznamenali od vás žádný dotaz, nebo požadavek (kromě dřívější snídaně, na kterou jste se nedostavil). Mohli jsme případné nedostatky řešit přímo při pobytu.

Not very nice for the price.

No hot water in room first night. Fixed next day. Both nights very noisy from restaurant cleaning below room. Had to make reservation for pool and spa area, but it quickly filled up with people. Some brought alcohol to hot tub. Small children were jumping in and out of hot tub. Don't know why reservation was needed or rules about alcohol and children were posted. Did not receive any refund or discount for lack of hot water in room. Due to overcrowding in spa, noise both evenings from staff in restaurant, dirty curtains, dust on windowsills; we will not return to this "wellness" hotel nor recommend it to anyone. We have stayed in much nicer places for the same or a little less money. There must be something better in this area.
