On the ground floor, there's a spacious living room (TV, large table, fireplace, double sofa bed), a well-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor, there are two separate bedrooms. Next to the house is a separate cottage with a sauna, a cooling tub, and a jacuzzi. The house is heated by a fireplace (wood included in the price). Wireless internet is available. There's a large, covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue facilities. The extensive private grounds offer a bonfire area and secure parking. On the adjacent property, guests from three adjacent holiday homes have access to a children's playground, volleyball court, table tennis, Nordic walking poles, a soccer goal, and an outdoor gym. Guests can use several go-karts free of charge. The price includes: bed linen, towels, bathrobes, sauna, hot tub with jacuzzi, water, firewood, final cleaning, internet, and parking. A cot and highchair are available upon request. The holiday home is located in the heart of Kashubia, surrounded by dense forests, picturesque meadows, and numerous lakes with crystal-clear water. The nearest swimming area is Lake Skrzynki Duże (3.6 km from the house). There is also a diving center. In the neighboring village of Lipusz (1.5 km), there is a larger shop, restaurants, and kayak rentals (for kayaking trips on the Wda River).
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation. not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
