Here, you are in the middle of the Bairro Alto within walking distance from all the main places to visit in Lisbon such as Rossio, Baixa, Chiado, Principe Real, and even the São Jorge Castle and its picturesque neighborhood called Alfama.



The 100-square-meter apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building without an elevator. It has 4 bedrooms, a living and dining room, 1 full bathroom, air conditioning, an equipped kitchen, and Wi-Fi.

Living room: 2 double sofa-beds (sleeps 2+2)

Max Nº Beds: 9 (including 2 double sofa-bed)

Note(s): Room #2 and #3 are interior bedrooms without windows facing the outside.



Bedroom Preparations:

- The apartment will only be prepared for the number of people selected for the reservation

- Top beds are prepared first, followed by pull-out beds and sofa-beds.

- We will prepare separate beds for each guest until it reaches the maximum number of beds, after that we will consider 2 people in the double beds.



Important Rules and Information:

- This apartment is located in a sensitive building where the rules must be followed at all times and the neighbors respected.

- No loud noises or music during the day and silence at night (starting 10pm).

- Parties, smoking and music speakers are strictly forbidden.

- Air conditioning provided

- Due to its central location in the touristic area, you should expect some outside noise.

- This apartment is currently undergoing renovations, so it may look slightly different from the photos when you see it in person. However, the overall layout and bed arrangements are expected to remain similar.

Check-in & Check-out:

Check-in: starting at 16:00

Check-out: until 11:00

- This apartment offers a convenient Self-Check-in process - once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive instructions and procedures to get your Access Code and perform the Self-Check-in.

- On the day of your check-out, just ensure you exit the apartment until 11:00. Failure to leave the apartment before 11:00 will result in fines.

- It’s not possible to store luggage at the apartment after check-out. Luggage pick-up service available (contact for more info)

- Central Hill Apartments reserves the right to withhold the access code until all required procedures are completed by the guests.

- In exceptional circumstances, an in-person check-in may be required, which, if conducted after 20:00, will incur a €30 late check-in fee. To avoid any last-minute complications, we strongly recommend completing all procedures in advance.



Extra Guests:

It’s not allowed to have more guests than the ones selected on your reservation. If there are more guests, an extra guest fee might be applied (30€ per person per night)- contact us for authorization and confirmation of the extra guest fee amount.
