Great location for the old town. Nice restaurants close by. Staff were really fantastic and so helpful helping us book restaurants and city guidance. Special thanks to Fabia, Januka and Nadia.

The hotel was great! We were on the third floor so the elevator only went up to the second floor so we always had to walk the final flight of stairs so after a long day it was kinda hard but the helpful staff and the hotel room made up for it. The bathroom is quite large and the rooms are really clean and our room had a balcony that was great for views and fresh air. Location of the hotel is right near green street that had alot of food choices that are walkable and a food market and cafe a few feet away.

Best place to stay in Lisbon! 💛 The rooms were beautiful and the location was perfect so many great food options nearby. Breakfast was amazing, and the sweetest part was when the staff noticed it was my husband’s birthday and surprised him with a cake at breakfast. 🎂 Such a lovely touch! I’ll definitely be staying here again when I visit Lisbon. 😊

The hotel was beautiful - our room was very large! Breakfast had a good variety of options. But the best part was the front of house staff - so friendly and helpful! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here :)

We absolutely loved this hotel. Our room was gorgeous with a separate sitting area, a terrace and the comfiest of beds. Located just a 2 min walk from 'Green Street', a series of narrow streets with restaurants spilling onto the pavement for beautiful al fresco dining. There is a steep climb to get to Bairro Alto but unavoidable in Lisbon. We just stopped en route for brunch at one of the many gorgeous coffee shops!

Great Stay in Lisbon

I had such an incredible stay at the Dear Lisbon Gallery House location. Staff was incredibly attentive and hospitable from the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out. Location is very close to everything and there are great options for food and drinks around the area. Would totally stay here again the next time I’m in Lisbon

Just got back from a 5 night stay at Gallery House. Staff were brilliant and extremely helpful, exellent buffet breakfast with a good choice of food. Rooms large with good facilities and furnished to a high standard. Good location close to several bars and restaurants. Tram stop outside the Hotel convenient for travelling into the centre of Lisbon. Would recommend this Hotel and will return again in the future.

What a great boutique hotel. Roof top patio overlooking the city with the harbour views, (Only available in attic rooms), wonderful breakfast room and outside patio area. Property was an unexpected surprise. The staff provided excellent recommendations for meals and a Fado experience. They ensured guests were well cared for. The staff were exceptional and so efficient and helpful. They were so welcoming and professional. They welcomed us with a lovely complimentary cappuccino. Tessa gave us great recommendations of places to visit and great suggestion for Tuk tuk tour with the brilliant Antonio which was wonderful as my Mum is 80 years old and can’t walk much. Samuel and all the team were great and helped carry our bags and book our taxi for the airport. The nearby Santelmo restaurant they recommended and booked for us perfect for our first evening there. The property has a lovely interior design and the breakfast was good too. It was so handy that the famous tram 28 was just outside the hotel so we were easily able to get into town ans also the Santos train station was only 12mun walk away enabling us to go to Belem for a lovely afternoon there. All in all a lovely mini break away. Thank you to all the staff at Gallery House Lisbon!!

Great location close to restaurants and shops. Nicely decorated. Tasty, well prepared breakfast. The only downside was that check-in was at 3 pm and they could not make an exception. My daughter had arrived that morning on a red eye flight from the US west coast so of course was exhausted and sleepy. The staff kept encouraging her to leave the hotel lobby to sight see but she really needed to shower and nap. This made for a less than ideal start to our trip. Many hotels have an afternoon check-in time but most find a room for those who arrive early, especially on long flights. Otherwise, it was a lovely stay.
