The hotel is nice and everything is good taken care off, but we were not informed that the check in needed to be early and the person helping seemed to be in a bad mood, did not smiled at all and didn’t seem to like customer care.

Nice chillaxing in Estoril

Really nice place to stay, really confusing check-in protocol, including instructing me to use an app that doesn't work and emaills with check-in links that produced "Unknown Error" web pages. Staff was warm and friendly, super helpful once I arrived, breakfast was very pleasant, balcony was wonderful, internet was super fast.

Property is perfect and parking is a bonus. Large room with balcony and spotlessly clean. However much confusion when we arrived as we had not received the pre check in instructions with entry codes etc. it was pure luck that someone was on site to help us. However this was more to do with Expedia than the property? Would book direct with them next time

The hotel is situated in a real Spanish neighborhood atmosphere, providing an authentic cultural experience. It is close to stores, bakeries, and a shopping mall. It has easy access to buses and trains. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with recommendations and directions.

I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and spoke English perfectly. The rooms were clean and spacious and the breakfast served was excellent. The area around the hotel is very pleasant as well and has a lot of amenities. I highly recommend this hotel

Late check-in was awful. The responsible arrived swiftly, but the experience was somewhat not so nice. Maybe it was a culture/language barrier. House was clean and nice, but the total bill for a family room was too high. Garden is nice, but with some city traffic noise. Breakfast to the very simple side.

Die Unterkunft ist frisch saniert. Alles ist sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es gibt außerdem einen Gemeinschaftsraum, in dem das Frühstück gereicht wird und den ma auch sonst nutzen könnte. Es ist sehr gemütlich. Die Umgebung habe ich nicht so gut bewertet, weil in der Nähe einige unsaubere oder verlassene Häuser stehen. Das ist aber nicht der Unterkunft zuzuschreiben. Die Nähe zur Altstadt ist perfekt. Ich würde dort wieder buchen und kann sie nur empfehlen. Das Frühstück ist sehr liebevoll angerichtet. Es wird an alles gedacht. Das Personal ist super freundlich.
