Daily essentials are close at hand, with supermarkets just a short walk away, as well as the Atrium Saldanha shopping center with a wide range of stores. This is a self-check-in property, and you will need to verify your identity before you can check into the flat.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
