Several issues made the stay extremely disappointing. The room type I booked was not the room I received, and the check-in documentation was incorrectly placed under someone else’s name. Staff communication was very poor, and there was no proper follow-up after reporting the issues. I also experienced accessibility-related concerns that were not taken seriously, and the spa never returned my calls despite multiple attempts. Overall, the service, the miscommunication, and the handling of my concerns did not meet the standards expected for the price paid.

The lobby was clean and nice. Once you gwt in the elevator, it wwnt down hill. We were on thw tth floor.. dirtiest carpet. Right by the lift big stain on floor, and it continued all the way throughout that floor. I was very disappointed with the size of the room, thw towels were dingy...since i paid for a premium room, I expected, slippers, no water, no mini bar

There was no omelet station. Scrambled eggs were cold. The bathroom was in the middle of the living room with no door which is a privacy issue. Staff were friendly and room was comfortable. Located in a nice area of the city.

Front staff was unwelcoming .As the first real interaction the the country is was a bit off putting, but the bell hop made up for it 1000%. He was incredibly friendly. Pool was ice cold and again staff felt unapproachable, but a neat spot to sit in the quiet. My room was decent , and my bed was always made. I found the tech in the room was helpful, with the charging ports on the deck ( for those like myself forget universal ones). My room unfortunately reeked of cigarettes, and there were cigarette butts on the carpet down the hallway. The breakfast was the best out of the experience. The staff was friendly , and good at their job. 👌 Over all not worth what we paid, location was great.
