ImĂłvel adaptado para moradia

O apartamento foi adaptado para moradia. O espaço é bom, mas os móveis não são de boa qualidade e ou estão velhos. O quarto do casal: cama e armårios adequados, TV e ventilador mal instalados. Sofå-cama: não é agradåvel. Sala: Sofå e aparadores velhos. TV e Internet ok. Cozinha: mal dimensionada, não cabem 03 adultos. A måquina de lavar roupa não seca, não tem onde pendurar as roupas. Utensílios velhos (panelas e talheres). Måquina de lavar, cafeteira, torradrira de pão OK. Banheiro: vidro no Box só metade, a outra metade cortina de plåstico, molha o chão e não é agradåvel. Secador de cabelo OK. Aquecedor de ågua: banho para 01 pessoa, tem que esperar aquecer a ågua novamente, tem que esperar 1:30 h entre um banho e outro. Limpeza: insatisfatória. Vazo sanitårio encardido, cozinha gordurosa (limpeza com paninho só), a parte do congelador da geladeira estava suja. A localização é ótima. Se melhorar os móveis e utensílios da cozinha ficaria ótimo. A equipe de limpeza que precisa melhorar.

Great location, nice place to stay

I enjoyed my stay - it is clean and cozy, and located in a nice neighborhood. Quiet, yet close enough to the city center, cute local (coffee) shops and the water. The apartment is well equipped, although I would have liked some basic spices and olive oil to be provided. Wasn't able to take a bath, as the plug was broken. Overall I would definitely recommend staying here!

A mostly OK apartment in a great location

The place was very clean, and the ground floor location was convenient. It is close to a mirador with a nice cafe, as well as an excellent restaurant (Fumeiro). Shops and a self-service laundry are within a few blocks. We were pleasantly surprised to find that there is a queen bed, even though it's billed as a double. There are a few inconveniences: (1) It is necessary to stop at the Altido office to pick up the keys before going to the apartment. I suggest using the taxi service recommended by Altido, since they know the drill about keys. (2) It was nice having a separate bedroom, but the bedroom walls do not reach to the ceiling and so it's not completely private. (3) The house manual listed a microwave, but there was no microwave in the kitchen, and Altido did not respond when I asked them about this. Otherwise, communication with them was excellent. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and liked the neighborhood.

Schönes kleines Apartment, spitzen Lage.

Der Empfang durch die Agentur war super, wir waren sehr frĂŒh in Lissabon und mussten und noch viel Zeit vertreiben, bis zur check in Zeit. Weil wir danach so mĂŒde waren, haben sie uns ein Uber zur Wohnung gerufen und die Fahrt bezahlt. Das Apartment war auch ohne Klimaanlage recht kĂŒhl, trotz konstant ĂŒber 30 grad draußen.

Our point of contact for the apartment, the people from Rent experience were great to deal with. They were very courteous and helpful, they gave us a map when we checked in and explained the local area. They allowed us a late checkout as there was no one checking in that day. A comfortable well maintained ground floor apartment so there is less natural light as compared to a higher floor, but advantage is you step into the living room as you get in. It has a large living room area and the condition was good with nice linen and a very good mattress. It was v clean and they had kept cleaning and paper goods supplies so we were set for our three nights. There was a nespresso machine with 4 coffee pods- nice touch, and we noticed a trolley bag with wheels for groceries - useful for an extended stay. The listing details were accurate. It was perfect for April but i don't know how it would be with the portable heater n fans for winter or summer months. Area: Quite street, with loads of small shops, cafes, restaurants, and a tram stop a short walking distance. Cons: very steep street, but thats Lisbon for you. April 2016.
