Apartment was great. We used the kitchen, which was adequately stocked with dishes and cookware, for tea and dinner some evenings which we picked up from nearby grocery stores. Wore ear plugs for sleeping and no issues. Lots of bars and dining options nearby. Stairs were no issue for us but I could see how others could struggle. Rooftop was beautiful and we had wine and dinner one evening while watching the sunset. The included breakfast was fabulous with lots of options. We would return to this same spot!

Apartment was clean. No elevator, you have to carry luggage up 2 flights of narrow stairs. During the day, quiet area. But every night loud partying til 4 am. Even with the windows closed, you hear everything. The refrigerator is stocked with drinks & snacks, but it’s extra. I feel in room coffee should be free. Reception communication is terrible. EVERY time I went in there no one was there. I had to call the outside line & tell them I was standing there, then they would show up 5 min later. Very strange. I asked for my room not to be cleaned until day 3 as I don’t like people in & out with all my belongings out. They said ok, the next day housekeeping was in there. Poor communication. Last day checking out, they said not to worry someone would be there, AGAIN no one there. We had a taxi scheduled as well, they had to call for one even though it was prescheduled?? Pros; full breakfast daily. Plenty of food and options. Relatively close to trams, Ubers are not allowed on the street there but taxis are. Couple of street over there a lot of cafes/restaurants

Great stay at this apartment! They were super communicative and helpful! The property was able to help us book airport transfers that took us and picked us up right from the front door of our apartment. The property was nice and in a great location close to restaurants, bars, and shopping! We had a great time and would come again!

AmZing location, amazing staff, felt a true living in Lisbon vibes as these are apartments, meet locals, tons of great restaurants, nice that it’s on a private road so no cars, quiet, when you order an uber for example you walk 1-2 minutes or so down the road and hop in car. I will stay here every time I’m in Lisbon. Perfect place. Breakfast was great at the restaurant they partner with Nextdoor Aldeia. Clean organized, would give 10 starts if possible. Truly enjoyed my few day stay here.

Find another a better place for your money

If wasn’t for the the fact that we paid for three beds and we got a bed and an uncomfortable couch (we told them about they did nothing), if it wasn’t because you have little privacy since they come into the room to place your breakfast in the fridge (which you really do not need) and if it wasn’t because they mischarge you for the use of the mini bar, then you can start thinking to book this place. Also, I think the photos are a bit misleading. Last suggestion: before you leave the place take pictures of the minibar just in case. We were overcharged for a bottle of wine and a Pringle box that we did not take of course.

Condotel charmant

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans ce charmant condotel. Le logement est charmant, vraiment bien situé à proximité de marche de la plupart des choses à voir, et nous avons beaucoup apprécié les fournitures incluses pour concocter notre petit déjeuner nous-mêmes, avec pain frais laissé à notre porte chaque matin… le lit était confortable et la cuisine bien équipée. Le seul bémol que je noterais pour ma part serait les serviettes tachées, à réviser. Sinon le personnel est serviable, ils se sont occupés de nous réserver un transport pour l’aéroport qui était bien pile à l’heure demandée. À noter par contre que c’est un coin très festif de nuit, donc très bruyant et peut être intimidant pour certaines personnes… je crois qu’il s’agissait des 2 ruelles les plus de party de la ville, donc cris de fêtards tard la nuit. Autre point à noter c’est que ce sont des logements pour personnes en bonne forme physique (escaliers très pentus, et sur 3 niveaux… donc ce n’est pas pour tous). Pour un voyage de couple c’était parfait dans notre cas, je recommande!
