Fantastic hotel, has everything you’d need. Great location. The gym was amazing. Huge hotel and has a buzzing atmosphere but isn’t restless either as the rooms are quiet enough

This hotel was a great place to stay, the room was aesthetic. It was nice because it had an iron and ironing board too. Bed was really comfortable and the location is good, really easy to get to the centre with a 17 min walk or 3 min to station. The lobby always smelled nice which I enjoyed. The staff were polite as well. The only point I would say is that they do not clean the rooms everyday, it was alright for us because we kept it clean anyways. And the room was cleaned at the midpoint of our stay which was good. Also the check in time is slightly later than what I am used to at other hotels and same for the checkout time. It did work out in the end because the staff was accommodating and kept our luggage for us and we paid for late checkout anyways

As a solo traveler, it felt like an apartment home away from home. Cozy and clean stay, amenities were amazing and staff was very helpful. Nice location, tucked away from busy tourist areas, but a nice/easy walk to main tourist areas or short metro/bus rides. Would definitely stay there again!

The hotel was right in front of Alfama’s famous Castelo de Sao George, a gorgeous castle overlooking Lisbon city which was enchanting to say the least. The peacocks roaming the hotel property and castle grounds (which we could see from our hotel room window) also added a magical touch to our stay. To get to the hotel itself, however, was quite a pain as it involved walking up steep cobbled paths for over 10 minutes - definitely not ideal after a day of sightseeing. I very much appreciated, however, the complimentary bottle of Porto wine which was awaiting us in our room after we checked in. The hotel property’s exterior was also quite old-looking but the interior was well kept, with some old and very historical looking furniture / decorations which added to the charm of the hotel. Breakfast was self-serve style with a freshly cooked hot meal section (scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, vegetables, baked beans) with a small but satisfying and tasty selection of foods. They also had a fresh fruits salad and yogurts along with nice coffee and normal milk / oat milk which was nice to have. Overall, I’d say it’s a charming little hotel that’s worth staying at, but only if you don’t mind the workout you have to do coming back to the hotel every time (or blowing money on a taxi / bus each time). Lastly, considering that the hotel is located right in front of the castle, it would’ve been nice if they’d offered the hotel’s guests free or nicely discounted entry to it.

I had a wonderful time in my studio apartment. It was the perfect size for one (or two - I was on my own). All the mod-cons I need, beautiful design and interiors, comfortable bed, powerful shower, able to access Netflix via Chromecast, convenient gym on-site and all the facilities you need, and more. Great value for money. If I return to Lisbon, I'd stay here again.
