I really enjoyed the friendliness of the staff and the area by the pool. Check in and check out was a breeze and our concierge mentioned we could provide a credit card at the end of the stay which was nice. Not use to that in the states. They take your card immediately then put a hold on it for days. lol. Happy hour was fun to discuss your daily activity with other guests and I enjoyed the movie night. Very clean, very safe. And I’d recommend my friends to stay here for their trip to Lisbon. No real concern to address other than one small observation that did not go unnoticed. It’s a very small hotel and it would have been nice if some of the staff could have remembered our names during our stay instead of asking for our room number each time we went to the bar for example. Just seemed a bit impersonal since so many other parts of the experience were so personal. Our stay was really amazing otherwise.

Beautiful property and lovely staff. I had a great time and quickly made friends with some of the other guests. I recommend setting aside at least one afternoon of your trip to just relax in the garden by the pool, enjoying their excellent cocktails. I also highly recommend the sunset cruise which was a highlight of our vacation. Breakfast is great, common areas are thoughtful and beautifully furnished. Walk uphill to dining and nightlife in Bairro Alto, or downhill to all the major attractions of central Lisbon. Late Birds is a bit pricier but in my opinion they really deliver for it. I look forward to staying there again someday.

I would recommend and have already recommended this hotel because it’s sophisticated, so giving in its experience, relaxing, and felt so perfectly positioned in the city. I will definitely only stay here when I’m in Lisbon.

Great location - decent everytging else.

The location was amazing. The rooms are pretty decent. The breakfast was decent - could have been better in my opinion - but overall the room and facility as a whole were good and the location was perfect!
