The hotel was located in a quiet area, but still near everything. The design was very pleasing, the bar and restaurant staff and offerings were all wonderful, and recommendations for local dining spot on. Rooms were spotless and housekeeping did a great job each day. I would highly recommend!

Room was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Only thing I didn’t like which unfortunately is a deal breaker for me is that there are no pressing irons available for guests at this hotel. How can travelers who have folded clothes in luggages not have the means to straighten their clothes? I visited Portugal with my husband to celebrate our anniversary and we had a photoshoot planned. Day of, I realise we could not iron our outfits without having to pay and wait for laundry services, it was such a disappointment to have to wear regular clothes for our scheduled photoshoot session. We enjoyed our time in our Portugal and plan on returning next year but I would not be staying at this hotel again.

Excellent stay, rooms were very clean, staff were friendly and the breakfast selection was great. The Christmas decorations in the main lobby were also a nice touch, very warm and welcoming. Lots of shops and restaurants near by, including a supermarket, as well as a short walk to metro stations. Would definitely come back again.

We thought this 4 star hotel deserved to be 5 star -they are prompt in their replies both online and over the phone. Their staff is very courteous does not matter time of day and they do strive to keep their guests happy. I did not have their breakfast so I cannot comment on their breakfast but there's a nice grocery store literally right beside the hotel which makes breakfast,lunch and dinner easy to get. The location may be far from downtown but it's close to the metro and it does have a beautiful park ( Eduardo VII Park Parque Eduardo VII) which is quite big and also Uber/bolt is very cheap option to travel to downtown Lisbon. Overall amazing hotel. Top notch. Really glad we stayed here. P.s if you go to the top level they have a very nice restaurant and bar that is beautiful.

We spent a week at the VIP Executive Picoas and enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. It was worth paying to include the breakfast. It was good, there were many items to choose from, and it was open from 7 to 11 am. The hotel's central location and proximity to the subway makes it the ideal location for seeing Lisbon.

Very nice property, private and the staff here are excellent. I really enjoyed my short stay. A little bit of a walk from downtown Lisbon but very nice property, clean and sophisticated. I really liked it. Unsure about breakfast because I did not take it in my reservation but, there's lots of options nearby.

Clean room, exceptional staff, excellent breakfast, and a variety of food options. I want to say that both Joao & Mariana were very, very helpful and answered all the questions. Advised us on places to visit within the city. Arranged for our takeaway breakfast as we had an early flight to catch. This hotel was chosen for its connectivity to two metro stations and a couple of supermarkets, including Aldi. We would recommend this hotel to our friends and family when they visit Lisbon.

Nice hotel and excellent customer service. Restaurant both dinner/breakfast were amazing. Location is near cafes, grocery store. Touristic things are not walkable unless you mind 1-3 kilometers. Public transport is nearby I used Uber a lot which was very reasonable. Tech: Rooms are lacking USB ports Desk had none.
