Arrive at your charming abode, stepping into the delightful open-plan living area. Light and spacious, with vaulted ceilings, this characterful space is utterly inviting. The sitting area provides a comfy leather sofa, gas fire and Smart Television, perfect for cosy evenings in. There's a dining table with seating for two guests and a superbly equipped kitchen, providing everything you'll need during your stay, including a Nespresso-style coffee machine and a slow cooker. Pop on the Ruark radio or connect to the bluetooth speaker and listen to your favourite playlist!

With its ‘upside down' layout, head downstairs into the chic bedroom. Oozing with romance and exuding luxury, you are sure to feel utterly relaxed here. The sumptuous king-size bed promises sweet slumbers, adorned with soft Egyptian cotton and a cloud-soft duvet. Luxury continues into the en-suite bathroom, which offers a large rainfall shower, LED mirror, wash-basin, WC, heated towel rail and a jacuzzi bath. After a day full of adventures, return for a soothing bubble bath, then pop on your fluffy robes, provided by the lovely owners.

You've also got your own secluded outside space to enjoy. The tranquil patio catches the afternoon sun, as the sun dips behind rolling hills, fire up the barbecue and enjoy dining alfresco on balmy summer evenings. Spice Barn is the ultimate dog friendly escape. You'll find a delightful doggy welcome pack upon arrival and plenty of facilities that your four-legged friend will adore. Including a doggy agility area, enclosed fields, heated dog wash and 34 acres of blissful countryside and woodland to be explored.

Spice Barn is situated on the site of Old Lanwarnick Cottages, settled peacefully between Liskeard and Looe. Here, you have access to some wonderful shared facilities and areas, as well as your own private space to enjoy. There's the added luxury of a bubbling hot tub, which you can book private slots for so you're not disturbed, sun-drenched gardens, a communal gym, pavilion seating area atop a hill with stunning valley views and a cornhole and swing ball set up. You'll also be able to spot a variety of wildlife here, as well as saying hello to the resident chickens and ducks. There are also two bike sheds for storing your bikes. Get lost in endless woodland trails, or pack up a picnic to enjoy down by the babbling stream. For the ultimate self-care experience, book a spa treatment in the comfort of your holiday home, directly through the owner with the visiting therapist.

Please note, the beauty of Old Lanwarnick is shared with five other cottages on site; Honey Pot, Rainbow Cottage, Blackberry Barn, Hob Nob and The Old Farmhouse. The hot tub is shared between four of the cottages, but you can book a private slot so you won't be disturbed.
