The cottage is on one level and has 2 terraces, one with a view of the Landes forest. The residence is equipped with free parking, tennis courts, petanque courts, ping pong tables and a restaurant with swimming pool (additional charge).
The residence is located 800 m from the city centre of Lit et Mixe with all services.
