Where to start...
Air conditioner not working; maintenance never
came back after first failed attempt
We were told no other rooms available
Had to sleep with the windows open
Half the 'Water park' features closed off
Inhaling paint fumes in the pool area
Prehistoric remote in the main bedroom, with limited selections and low sound limit
Freezer was frozen over when we arrived, which took hours to cool the refrigerator for our perishables
1 star stay🙁
They said they would give us a discount, but we needed to contact Expedia, and Expedia would contact the Country Inn and Suites to process the discount. I would appreciate your assistance with this.

The water park was fun

Dirty linens on sofa bed, confetti on floor from previous guest and dried food chunks smashed into carpet suggests floor never vacuumed or cleaned, streamers taped to door frame, shower curtain rod half ripped out of wall.

The room wasn’t the cleanest. There was some hair on the shower wall. It was a joint room, the door was open when we arrived. It was very hard to close and had large gaps above and below the door.

Hotel was clean. Desk and breakfast staff very friendly. Pool area smelled very strongly of chlorine. Spa tub could use some tlc ….chipped, peeling.
