It was all clean pool was nice the curtains on the patio doors they could be updated they had holes in them but in all very clean place. The breakfast was a little skimpy compared to other places but considering the price we paid I guess it was the right value. But yes I would stay there again

This Best Western is truly BEST!!! There’s a Walmart within 30 feet of this hotel. And literally shopping and dining in the surrounding area. The price is amazing and did I mention it’s NEWLY RENOVATED!!!

It very nice and warm easy checking inn with very helpful staff and clean facilities all next door walking distance Mexican restaurant and they have hot breakfast in morning. High speed internet work good and many channel on TV program. Front desk said they have future update for tv has scramming channels option as well I will definitely recommend come and stay this hotel. Outside room and easy parking and easy access to room

Horrible experience, great staff no refund process

I recently booked a stay at the Best Western in Jacksonville, Arkansas through Expedia and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The room I was given was a smoking room, which I expected to have a smell, and I was willing to deal with that due to limited room availability. However, the condition of the room was unacceptable. The bed sheets had visible stains, the shower had orange-brown buildup around the edges, and the toilet appeared unclean. One of the lights in the room didn’t work, the smoke detector was disconnected with exposed wires, and the peephole was covered with toilet paper from the inside—clearly not a safe or welcoming setup. I addressed these concerns with the front desk, and the staff member I spoke with was very understanding and helpful. He offered a refund without hesitation, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the refund process has been difficult due to poor communication between Expedia and Best Western. Because of how unclean the room was, I ended up leaving and booking another hotel. While the staff was kind and professional, the overall experience was disappointing and I would not stay at this location again.

Room had been updated, but had a stale/smoky smell. The bathroom was clean, but the exhaust fan was hanging partially out of the wall and was filthy. Bed was OK, but not great. Breakfast was typical for the brand.

They charged me twice plus a $100 deposit. Tv didn’t work and they wouldn’t come fix it. Horrible service from the front desk. Only good service was the cleaning lady. She was fabulous

Great value

Good value for the price. Good location. Paid for a Jacuzzi tub, but the Jacuzzi part didn’t work definitely would stay again when the pools are open with the easy access from patio door to pool.

Everything was good, room was clean, bathroom was clean I didn’t like how the cups and coffee were in the bathroom(toilet area) & how breakfast is complimentary unless taken back to the room. I planned on getting up for breakfast&bringing it to my room and getting more rest after a day of driving on my own the day before. Couldn’t fully enjoy my morning as planned because of this.
