Door did not work properly. It was 30 degrees outside when I arrived at my room that had been reserved for a few hours prior to arrival but no heat had been turned on. It took the heater 3 hours to heat up the room. Had to take the thin blankets from one of the beds to make it warm enough to sleep in the other. Pillow covers were like paper bags. Like to have never gotten tv to work and the shower didn’t look like it had been scrubbed in quite a while!! How soap scum built up in it! Two reasons I chose this hotel were closeness to UAMS hospital and 8.8 star reviews. Not sure who has been leaving such good reviews! Would not recommend unless you are on a really tight budget!

It's nothing special

Room was clean. Bed was hard as a rock. One tiny circle of soap to use for showering and washing hands. Toilet seat was broken and would throw you in the floor if not careful. It was $100 for a Monday night, which wasn't a bad price, but the amenities were lacking.
