Nice and comfortable

Ashley at reception was kind, friendly and efficient! Rooms are comfortable and clean. We stayed as a family of 5. Breakfast was better than other Holiday Inn Express stays we’ve had.

Booked based on the good rating - rating does not match. We found the property slow, dirty, and rundown. I did not get the room I booked. SOMEHOW the property charged me for the room even though I booked it through Hotels.com. Our fridge was leaking. The pullout couch was despicable. No noise control. Breakfast was subpar. Staff were not knowledgeable or helpful.

Great staff, unclean room

The hotel staff was amazing. Our room was not clean (like throw up all over multiple surfaces), but the staff did their best to correct the mistake.
