Room was freezing when we arrived We also did not like that we were so close to the street noise at night was hard . Hotel was secure which for elderly people we appreciate Also appreciate that we could drop our luggage when we arrived

Staff are incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble for them. the apartments have everything you need. you are minutes from shopping at Liverpool One, the best nightlife in Europe, great dining options, two railway stations and busy taxi rank. 5 minutes from the most famous waterfront in the world. 30 minute walk to Everton's new stadium. plenty of pubs in very short walking distance to watch liverpool games in.

Excellent location. Walking distance to pier. Close to lots of restaurants, right in the middle of shopping district. Easy walk, with liggage, from Lime Street train sation.

This hotel is close to train stations, the Beatles attractions, and the dock. The room was clean and big. It had a sink, a refrigerator and a microwave. The staff was friendly and helpful. It's a great place to stay and we would stay there again.

Very good value for money

Fantastic location with easy check in and out. Room was really large and clean. Bathroom was modern with a rain shower. Although the shower wasnt very powerful, it was nice and hot. Loved the nespresso coffee in reception and the staff were really helpful. We were on the top floor so no street noise. Would highly recommend

Very good central location, very good options for eating, shopping. Shame there was no drop of location, but understand as its a pedestrianised road, as would make it easier for elderly guest, - but overall a good location/stay.

The Citadines was in the perfect location for our stay, shopping, dinning, touring, and even parking wasn't bad, after I figured out that the St John mall parking was close by, little costly, $L27 for 3 days.👍
