Room was nice but needed a deep clean. Lights in the bedroom wouldn't work via the switch on the wall - you could only turn them off by taking out the key card so then all the lights went off. Sofa bed was made up for our arrival but only had a thin duvet but this was rectified on request.

Perfect location for a trip arriving by train at Lime Street Station and visiting The Empire Theatre. Breakfast was really good - good variety of options. Staff were very friendly. Really satisfied and would definitely return

Great stay & close to Liverpool Empire Theatre

This is the second time visiting this hotel which is conveniently located just a short walk from the Liverpool Empire Theatre. The staff here are always really helpful and friendly and the rooms as comfortable and clean.
