Publié le 18 mars 2024 sur HotelsNoisy neighbours were slamming doors, kicking the walls, yelling, listening to drunk people throwing up in the middle of the night. Hard to believe that the reception didn't notice when the rooms were just above the reception. My daughter was frightened because of the noice. I sent an email after the stay, but no answer from the hostel/hotel.

The prime location and price for this property makes it value for money. Would definitely recommend this to solo travellers. Will surely book this property again when I'm going to Liverpool.

Het was echt ranzig, ik dat er voor 3 nachten en ben ziek naar huis gegaan. Bed was niet goed rugpijn van. Er is een soort gekke kluis onder je bed maar om die te openen moet je half je bed optillen er helemaal uitschuiven en weer dicht doen. Ik ben hostels gewend maar dit was zeer slecht.

Descanso irregular también debido al ruido de la calle, de las otras habitaciones y del radiador. El servicio es correcto. 1£ por toalla y otra por guardar equipaje. Bien situado a distancia para acceder a los puntos de interés de la ciudad

Great location- walking distance for the uni, train stations and city centre.
Check in/check out was quick and easy.
Kitchen well-stocked with utensils, pots, plates, bowls etc.
Dormitory beds were great- had curtains, USB sockets and reading lights.
Quality showers.
Plenty of space to sit in lounge area.

siamo stati una notte e abbiamo prenotato una camera con due letti singoli. al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato macchie e capelli su lenzuola e coperte, quindi abbiamo gentilmente chiesto che venissero cambiate e subito hanno provveduto a farlo. la camera è essenziale, mancano le salviette. durante la notte siamo stati svegliati da un allarme (probabilmente quello antincendio) della struttura. i nostri vicini di stanza erano molto rumorosi e durante la notte abbiamo contattato il signore alla reception che è stato molto gentile ed è andato a parlarci! la posizione è ottima, vicino al centro. da consigliare solo a chi ha poche pretese!
