The house benefits from a large living space equipped with a sofa, SMART TV with Netflix and plenty of space to sit down and relax.

The dining table is located in the dining area and can easily seat 4 guests.

KITCHEN/COOKING FACILITIES:
The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials needed to cook an array of meals whilst away for a long or short stay in Liverpool. There is a washing machine, hob, oven, kettle and fridge freezer.

BATHROOMS/TOILETS:
The bathroom is located on the ground floor which is equipped with a toilet, sink, shower over the bath.
We provide towels, toilet rolls and bath matts. Unfortunately we do not provide any toiletries.

The guests have access to all of the apartment, except the locked cleaning cupboards.
