Clean spacious room with all the facilities needed , such as iron , ironing board tea , coffee etc. However we were told when we booked in that a second chair would be brought to our room as there was only one chair in the room. Also on the following morning the electricity went off in the room as my wife was drying her hair. As no information was given as to how to contact reception I had to go down to reception to ask them to get it sorted , which eventually happened

Room was very comfortable as was the beds. Amazing shower and plenty of hot water. Everywhere was spotless. The breakfast was brilliant wide selection and plenty of it. Really enjoyed the peaceful calm atmosphere in the hotel.. The staff were welcoming, friendly and professional

Clean, nice water pressure/temp, and close to center/transportation. No laundry on premises (they contract a company who doesnt come on Sundays), heat/heater would turn off randomly, and power would cut off with converter/adaptor (which was used in other hotels with no problem).

Enjoyed our New Years Eve stay. Room was ready when we checked in - we did the on line check in and out, which was very easy. Room was clean and comfy Bar area was comfy and staff pleasant Breakfast was ok - we where late down so not much left and a little warm rather than hot.

I was originally going to stay elsewhere but switched last minute. The hotel is perfectly positioned, next to the city centre yet quiet. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable and breakfast was fantastic. A great stay, we will be back. Thank you!

Rooms are nice, little on the small side but nice clean and modern. All the Hotel is equally just as nice too. The only thing I didn’t really like was the breakfast, everything tasted like it had been out for hours and overcooked. It Wouldn’t stop me returning, I just wouldn’t pay the extra for the breakfast.
