⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This hotel is in an excellent location, directly across from Liverpool ONE and within walking distance of a wide variety of restaurants, shops, and attractions. The waterfront, library, and museums are all easily accessible on foot, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the rooms, while simple, had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Everything was clean and well-maintained, making it great value for money. Just a tip for future guests — bring your own cutlery if you plan on eating in the room.

The Resident was very comfortable and convinient. The room was in perfect condition and staff was friendly. The only slightly uncomfortable thing is that they don’t have a kitchen, si they don’t offer breakfast. But there are a lot of options in the area.

The hotel was lovely - I was so impressed. The communal areas were nicely decorated and my room was extremely comfortable. Nice Molton Brown toiletries. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We found The Resident an ideal base for a few days exploring Liverpool. Friendly staff, clean room, and a great central location which is in easy walking distance from the whole city centre area. I expect we'll be back next time we visit the city!

Prior to checking in, the resident hotel offered an upgrade option, which I took advantage of due to the amazing price. I am so thankful for the upgrade as it gave my party of three ample space to share one room with essentially two sections and two separate beds. My family and I felt very safe as there was additional security past a certain time at night which required all patrons show their room keys and verify their names. I would stay here again on my next trip to Liverpool and I highly recommend this hotel.
