Publié le 25 janv. 2017 sur HotelsNous avons attendu jusqu'a midi avant de pouvoir disposer de notre chambre(check in à 10h am )alors que l'hotel était quasiment vide ;cet hotel est très bien placé sur le Zambèze, mais il y a beaucoup de chose à revoir, de l'accueil, la restauration aux prestations qui ne sont pas tout à fait en rapport avec le prix

I loved the location next to one of the lakes the feed into Victoria Falls. The turndown service was great for preparing your mosquito net and spraying the room to keep the bugs out as much as possible. It had a very real wildlife experience feeling. The people were safe however, I had security walke to my room after dark because of the baboons. I just don't trust baboons. Also it was dark. The only con on the hotel was my shower drain wasn't working properly.

きれいな部屋と親切なスタッフで、外国の地で安らげる場所でした。
フロント横には観光予約の窓口もあり、サンセットクルーズを予約できました。
親切なスタッフがいることが何よりの強みと思います。

Staff were all good from checkin to departure .
Bathroom needs updating and the room needs repainting .
